How do you generate your leads?
We generate all of our prospects through Internet sources, where the individual has completed an online request form. All of our leads are considered "Opt-in", and can be safely contacted by email or phone, without the fear of spam complaints or "Do Not Call" legislation.

How are the leads delivered?
Leads are delivered via email, in real-time, as each prospect's information is received.

How many leads do I get a day?
You have total control over your daily lead delivery. Simply set a maximum of leads you’d like to receive every day, and our system will process your request automatically.

Do you re-sell your leads to other companies?
All our leads, whether real time, fresh, or email leads are sold no more than two times. We do NOT sell the same leads to anyone within the same company, so you have exclusive use of your leads within your company.

What kinds of payments do you accept?
Our secure online payment system accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

Do you offer refunds on generated leads?
We do not offer refunds. ALL sales are final. Due to the nature of the service we are providing, no refunds or exchanges will be offered once an order has been submitted for processing.

What classifies a bad lead?
We classify wrong numbers, disconnected phone numbers and invalid phone numbers as bad leads.

Are the leads mines to keep?
Leads are provided on a rented basis for a period of sixty days from the date of purchase. You can follow-up as often as you like within this sixty days, however are not authorized to re-sell or give away this list to any other party.

What is the average size package of leads?
Our leads come in various package sizes. The average is 20 leads, 25 leads, 50 leads and 100 or 1000 leads.
